Our organisation

Harmoni's head office is based in Watford, Hertfordshire, and is home to the business information, patient services, HR, recruitment, clinical governance, finance and payroll teams.

The Harmoni senior management team comprises of:

Andrew Gardner – Chief Executive Officer
Nick Gordon – Commercial and Finance Director
Edmund Jahn – Managing Director, Harmoni HS
Steve Turner – Director of Acquisitions and Strategy
Stephen Price – Managing Director, South East and Thamesdoc
Dr Bruce Websdale – Medical Director
Mike Barradell-Smith – Sales and Marketing Director

Harmoni's operational service delivery teams are split into 4 regions; East of England, London, South East Coast and South West / Midlands. Each region has a Regional Operational Director and a Regional Medical Director who are responsible for the safe and effective running of Harmoni's services. They are supported by local administrative, rota, and management teams who, in turn, have the company wide support of the additional corporate support services.
