Harmoni is now a wholly owned subsidiary of parent company, HWH Group Ltd, whose directors are:

Allan Wood – Non-Executive Joint Chair
Dr Nizar Merali – Non-Executive Joint Chair
Andrew Gardner – Chief Executive Officer
Nicholas Gordon – Commercial and Finance Director
Nicholas Relph – Independent Non-Executive

60% of HWH Group is owned by employees and the original co-operative GPs. The other 40% is owned by an IT company, HWH Plus. HWH Group has two other principle subsidiaries – Amicus ITS and Thamesdoc.
