Working with commissioners

In line with our company values of openness and trust, Harmoni works in close partnership with our commissioners. In the past, these commissioners have been both GP practices and Primary Care Trusts. We are now developing links with the emerging clinical commissioning consortia which have been put in place following the July 2010 White Paper "Equity and excellence: Liberating the NHS".

When Harmoni secures a contract to deliver a new healthcare service, the successful transition of this service is dependent on our ability to work alongside our commissioners and other key stakeholders as an effective team. Only then can we be sure that the service we are delivering meets the needs of the patients and is of the highest quality and value for money possible.

On our website, we have included some sample case studies of services in Buckinghamshire, Manchester, the South East Coast and Suffolk. These services have been delivered by Harmoni in partnership with our commissioners and for the benefit of patients.
