Working with early stage start-up companies

Harmoni have set up partnerships with a number of early stage start-up companies, also known as incubator companies. Typically, we will take a significant stake in the company and provide substantial back office support and advice to our new partners, but will not get involved in the direct management. Harmoni will retain the right to buy the company outright at a pre-determined stage.

Incubator companies decide to work with us for a number of reasons. They may be seeking to maximise the benefits of our market penetration, reputation, financial stability, size, business infrastructure, local presence or integration with the services we currently deliver. For whatever reason, this model of working has proven successful for a number of companies including:
